• Maximum validity of flight ticket is one month after departure from the origin.

• Cancellation/ Refund are not permitted except for unused taxes/surcharges.
• Before departure Date Change / Rerouting / Reissuance permitted without fee.
• After departure Date Change / Rerouting / Reissuance permitted with fee of INR1500/.
• Reissuance to a different fare is not permitted.
