• Cancellations and re-bookings are permitted under the cash back offer. Customer will have to pay any additional charges incurred due to such cancellations or rescheduling
• The cash back will be applicable on the base fare (excluding taxes) or amount charged on the credit/debit card or net banking account, whichever is lower. All taxes including airport taxes, visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the customer and are not part of the cash back offer.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking id and not on the number of transaction.
• If the customer does not receive cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within one month from the date of completion of travel. In the event the customer fails to claim within the stipulated period, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
