Terms and Conditions

• The customer needs to quote the deal code “unlimited” at the time of booking any hotel or holiday between 6th April 2011 to 12th April 2011 to be eligible for the Unlimited cashback offer.
• The cashback is valid for the bookings done between 16th April 2011 till 15th April 2016 (“offer period”).
• The offer is valid only when the customer uses the same email-id for making subsequent bookings which was provided by him/her while making the initial booking during 6th - 12th April to be eligible for the unlimited offer.
• In no event MMT’s entire liability arising out of any claim under this offer shall exceed the cash back a customer is entitled for as per the offer.
• To avail the cashback customer will have to quote unique code at the time of booking which will be sent to customer after he has made a booking as per this offer and shall be communicated vide email within next 5 working days after the booking is made provided the customer is eligible for Unlimited cashback. MakeMyTrip shall be final authority on customer’s eligibility for the offer.
• The offer is not valid for bookings made Ex-any other country and is applicable on booking made India to India or ex-India only.
• The customer will be required to make payment as per the price quoted by MakeMyTrip on www.makemytrip.com (MakeMyTrip website) or at telebooking centre, without considering the cashback benefit.
• Maximum cashback allowed for each customer in a year is Rs.5000.
• The 5% cashback is valid on online and offline hotel and holiday bookings, subject to maximum cashback of Rs.2000 per transaction.
• The holiday offers (Domestic + International) are not valid on Flight + Hotel online bookings.
• The Hotel offer is not valid on Flight + Hotel online bookings and international hotel bookings.
• All the offers are valid on base fare only.
• The cashback would be calculated on the non-air component of the holiday package and will not be applicable on the air fares and the taxes. All taxes including but not limited to Airport taxes, Visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the Customer and are not part of the cashback offer.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking ID and not on number of transactions. So if a Customer pays in 2 installments/transactions for 1 booking ID, the cashback will be calculated on basis of the base amount or card charged amount (whichever is lower) of the booking ID.
• If the Customer doesn't receive cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
• Within 7 working days following the date of such booking, MakeMyTrip will process a credit transaction for the cashback amount on to the Customer's card account.
  
  o For credit card bookings, cashback shall be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking, and will reflect in the monthly card statement/s.
  o Debit card customers need to provide account information while booking, so that cashback can be credited: IFSC code (Indian Financial System Code), Account Number, Account Type (Saving/Current), Account holder’s name, Bank Name, Branch Name and Bank City.
• The Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MakeMyTrip, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MakeMyTrip.
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. E.g. If a customer has paid Rs.10, 000 (price quoted by MakeMyTrip) for a travel service and a cashback of Rs.1, 000 has been credited to the customers account, the net amount paid by the customer is Rs.9, 000. Thus, if the customer cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.9, 000 and the balance amount will be credited to the customer's account.
• Date change is allowed, however the customer has to bear the additional charges as required.
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the customer.
• Prior to using the MakeMyTrip website, the customer should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Customer agrees to abide by the same. The customer shall be required to give personal information and credit card details online for the tickets purchased on www.makemytrip.com. The Customer should read and understand the Privacy policy for the MakeMyTrip website, prior to providing such information.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers using their own credit or debit cards. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to cancel such bookings if such a case comes to the notice of MakeMyTrip. For such cases, MakeMyTrip will not refund the booking amount.
• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
