• Customer will receive a cash back on direct flight bookings made on British Airways for travel from India-London-India purchased online at www.makemytrip.com or over the phone by calling our India Toll Free no. 1 800 102 8747.
• The cash back offer is applicable on all credit/debit cards issued in India and net banking users who purchase British Airways tickets to London on or after June 1, 2011 to July 31, 2011.
• The cash back offer is valid for all World Traveler and World Traveler Plus international air tickets on British Airways. The cash back amount offered under the scheme is calculated on the basis of the booking class of your reservation for International air tickets as per the details below.
• The details of the cash back offer amount for International air tickets depending upon booking class is provided below:

• The cash back offer is not valid for air ticket bookings for infants (any person between the ages of 0-2 years).
• The cash back offer amount will be credited to the same credit/debit card or bank account as was used for the purpose of making the purchase of the ticket, within 7 working days from the date of completion of travel. The cash back offer amount will reflect in the monthly credit card/ account statement of the customer.
• Cancellations and re-bookings are permitted under the cash back offer. Customer will have to pay any additional charges incurred due to such cancellations or rescheduling
• The cash back will be applicable on the base fare (excluding taxes) or amount charged on the credit/debit card or net banking account, whichever is lower. All taxes including airport taxes, visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the customer and are not part of the cash back offer.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking id and not on the number of transaction.
• If the customer does not receive cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within one month from the date of completion of travel. In the event the customer fails to claim within the stipulated period, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
• This cash back offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer running on MakeMyTrip.com or any other discount or voucher.
• Prior to using www.makemytrip.com website, the credit/debit card holder must read and understand the User Agreement of MakeMyTrip.com and proceed to make purchases only if the credit/debit card holder agrees to abide by the same.
• The credit/debit card holder will be required to give personal information and credit card details while booking and purchasing tickets online on www.makemytrip.com. The credit/debit card holder must read and understand the Privacy Policy on the MakeMyTrip.com website, prior to providing such information.MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw the cash back offer at any time without prior notice.
• Travel Agents by occupation are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own credit/debit cards. MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to its notice without any liability.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip shall exceed the cashback amount the customer is entitled to under the offer.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this cash back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
• MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw/amend/modify the cash back offer at any time without prior notice.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
