How to use the cash back offer:
Step 1: Search for any flight on MakeMyTrip.com
Step 2: Select the flight and proceed towards traveler name section & provide the traveler name(s)

• The special cashback offers from MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“MMT”) are valid for Kotak Credit Card Holders and Netcard holders (“Cardholder”) only.
• The cashback is valid for the bookings done from 1st July 2010 till 30th Sept 2010 (“offer period”).

• All the offers are valid on base fare only. If the base price is lower than the cashback amount, the customer will get cashback equivalent to the base fare only.
• The cashback would be calculated on the non-air component of the holiday package and will not be applicable on the air fares and the taxes. All taxes including but not limited to Airport taxes, Visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the Cardholder and are not part of the cashback offer.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking ID and not on number of transactions. So if a Cardholder pays in 2 installments/transactions for 1 booking ID, the cashback will be calculated on basis of the base amount or card charged amount (whichever is lower) of the booking ID.
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
• The cashback will be credited within 7 working days following the date of such bookings, and MMT will process a credit transaction for the cashback amount on to the Cardholder's card account. The cashback shall be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the purchase and will be reflected in the monthly credit card statement.
• The Cardholder cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MMT, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MMT.
• If the Cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MMT will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. E.g. If a Cardholder has paid Rs.10, 000 (price quoted by MMT) for a travel service and a cashback of Rs.1, 000 has been credited to the Cardholders account, the net amount paid by the cardholder is Rs.9, 000. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, MMT will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.9, 000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Cardholder's account.
• Date change is allowed, however the Cardholder has to bear the additional charges as required.
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Cardholder.
• Prior to using the MMT website, the Cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and credit card details online for the tickets purchased on www.makemytrip.com. The Cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the MMT website, prior to providing such information.
• Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers using their own Kotak Mahindra Bank credit cards. MMT reserves the right to cancel such bookings if such a case comes to the notice of MMT. For such cases, MMT will not refund the booking amount.
• Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“the Bank”) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal by MMT to honor this offer for any reason whatsoever.
