- Customer will receive a laptop bag worth up to Rs 1500 absolutely free on booking of any International air ticket on British Airways for travel from India, purchased online on www.makemytrip.com or over the phone (India toll free no.).
- The offer is valid on all air tickets booked on British Airways on/after 25th June 2011. This is a limited period offer.
- This offer is not valid for air ticket bookings for infants (any person between the ages of 0-2 years)
- The laptop bag will be delivered within 14 working days from the date of booking.
- To claim this offer, customer needs to send MakeMyTrip booking id, mailing address with pin code and contact number to BApromo@makemytrip.com from the same e-mail id used while making the booking/ reservation. Customer need to claim this within 7 days from purchase.
- On Cancellation of the air ticket, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the laptop bag cost (Rs 1500) and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty.
- The laptop bag image shown is a look alike and may differ from the actual product delivered.
- This offer can be combined with any other promotional offer running on MakeMyTrip.com.
- Prior to using the www.MakeMyTrip.com website, the credit/debit card holder must read and understand the User Agreement of MakeMyTrip.com and proceed to make purchases only if the credit/debit card holder agrees to abide by the same.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
- MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw/amend/modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
- MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
