• Customer will be entitled for a Hertz car or another equivalent car if Hertz car is not available due to reasons beyond the control of MakeMyTrip.
• The International Holiday offer is not valid on Flight + Hotel online bookings.
• If the E-Coupon does not come automatically, the customer may not be entitled for the offer.
• The E-Coupon is for one time use only. Any loss or wrong usage cannot be reclaimed.
• Customer will have to bear toll, service charges and any other taxes as applicable.
• To book a cab, the customer must quote the Booking ID and provide the E-Coupon number. The customer will need to carry the air ticket with the Booking ID for verification while availing cab services.
• The customer needs to provide the correct address and contact details for the cab to reach the pickup point else MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any no-show of the cab.
• If the E-Coupon number is not provided, the cab booking will not be done.
• If the customer cancels his Holiday or Air Ticket booking, his/her simultaneous cab booking shall be automatically cancelled.
• In case cab booking of a Platinum card holder is not cancelled before 24 hours then customer is liable to pay MakeMyTrip the charge of the cab booking. In case of simultaneous cancellation of air ticket/holiday booking of the customer along with cab booking, MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to deduct the cab charges from the booking amount.
• All bookings must be for travel ex India.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the event of the cab booked does not reach the pick-up or drop due to any reason whatsoever, the maximum liability of MakeMyTrip will be the cost incurred by the customer for the airport pick-up and drop for those who are entitled for it and reimbursement of Rs. 800 for customers entitled for the discount as per the Offer. The maximum waiting time for the cab is 15 mins if the cab is kept waiting by the customer, the waiting charges has to be borne by the customer.

• To avail of the Offer, the customer should enter the deal code VISAMMTDOM while making a booking online. If the booking is made offline, the customer must specify the deal code to the agent. The same credit card must be used for all the 4 bookings.
• For availing cashback the deal code should be mentioned in all bookings, tickets reservations.
• The cardholder will be required to make the payment as per the price quoted on www.makemytrip.com or at the telebooking centre, without considering the cashback benefit.
• The offer is valid on the base fare only.
• Free air ticket will be in the form of cashback.
• The cashback will be equivalent of the base fare of the lowest value of the four tickets purchased for travel.
• The cashback would be calculated on the air tickets only. All taxes including but not limited to Airport taxes, Visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the Cardholder and are not part of the cashback offer.

• Within 10 working days after completion of travel of all 4 booking ID�s following the date of such booking, MMT will process a credit transaction for the cashback amount on to the Cardholder's card account.
• If the Cardholder doesn't receive cash back amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months after the date of end of quarter for which cash back is applicable. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back amount.
• For credit card bookings, the cashback shall be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking, and will reflect in the monthly card statement/s.
• The Cardholder cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MMT, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended /funded by MMT.
• If the Cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MMT will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. E.g. If a Cardholder has paid Rs.10,000 (price quoted by MMT) for a travel service and a cashback of Rs.1,000 has been credited to the Cardholders account, the net amount paid by the cardholder is Rs.9,000. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, MMT will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.9, 000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Cardholder's account.
• Date change is allowed, however the Cardholder has to bear the additional charges as required.
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Cardholder.
• Prior to using the MMT website, the Cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and credit card details online for the tickets purchased on www.makemytrip.com. • Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers using their own credit cards. MMT reserves the right to cancel such bookings if such a case comes to the notice of MMT. For such cases, MMT will not refund the booking amount.
• The customer will be entitled for the cash back only on completed travelled tickets not on nay pending or cancelled tickets.
• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• If the cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the CashBack amount is credited, MMT will refund the purchase price after deducting the CashBack amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. (Eg. If a cardholder has paid Rs.10,000 (price quoted) for a travel service on the MMT website and a CashBack of Rs.1,000 has been credited to the cardholder's account, the net amount paid by the cardholder is Rs. 9,000. Thus, if the cardholder cancels the booking, MMT will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs. 9,000 and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder's account.)
