Terms & Conditions:
1. The 'Fly Free Unlimited!' offer is applicable on all flight bookings (for travel from US to India) made through MakeMyTrip.com over the phone or on the website. The offer is not applicable on bookings booked for infants (children between 0-2 years of age)
2. The 'Fly Free Unlimited' offer entitles the customer to unlimited free domestic air tickets within India on Indigo Airlines on booking two return tickets from US to India. If the customer has already utilized the “Fly Free Unlimited’ offer against the two return tickets booked with MakeMyTrip, he/she cannot avail the offer again against the same tickets
3. This offer is valid on tickets booked on/after 1st Dec, 2010 till 31st Dec, 2010
4. This Offer must be claimed within 7 days of purchase of your US-India ticket.

6. Travel under the 'Fly Free Unlimited' offer (within India) is valid till March 31st, 2011 and cannot be extended.
7. All taxes & fees on the domestic ticket will be borne by the customer. For any subsequent cancellation or change in the domestic ticket booking, the customer will have to bear additional charges and penalty incurred for such change or cancellation. Any subsequent rescheduling is subject to availability and MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any claims arising out of any non-availability of the tickets.
8. The customer needs to inform MakeMyTrip of his/her domestic travel dates including the destinations (for which flights need to be booked) at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of the intended date of travel.
9. Of the total domestic air tickets availed against the ‘Fly Free Unlimited!’ offer, at least 1 domestic ticket must be utilized by the passenger during the trip.
10. Blackout dates: 25th December 2010 to 10th January 2011 to book domestic tickets.
11. The offer is valid on non-stop flights on Indigo only.
12. To be able to process the free domestic flight reservation (for taxes & fees) under the ‘Fly Free Unlimited!’ offer, the customer has to send an e-mail to believeitornot@makemytrip.com with the following details:-
- MakeMyTrip Booking ID (for the US to India ticket)
- From city (departure destination in India)
- To city (arrival destination in India)
- Date of travel
- Name of passenger/s (last name/first name)
- Preferred mode of payment (for taxes & fees)
- Passenger contact number in India
- Arrival details in India
13. The customer must also mention the preferred mode of payment for airline taxes and fees for the free domestic tickets
14. The offer is valid on non-stop domestic flights only
15. MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules
16. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or terminate all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever
17. In case of cancellation of the international tickets, the cancellation fee for the domestic tickets will be borne by the customer. The applicable cancellation fee will be the base fare of the domestic tickets and any fee as applicable on the date of cancellation
18. All domestic tickets have to be availed together under this offer
19. This offer is non-transferable. The choice of domestic airlines and flight timings for free tickets rests with MakeMyTrip.com.
20. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or clubbed with any other offer from MakeMyTrip.com
21. The maximum liability of MakeMyTrip in the event of any non-booking of the domestic ticket or any claims arising thereof, shall be limited to the value of the domestic ticket base fare. MakeMyTrip cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events
22. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
