• For passengers residing in cities other than the where MakeMyTrip has offices, the IPL fanwear t-shirt will be couriered to the address specified at the time of booking.
• Under this offer, in case of cancellation, MakeMyTrip will charge Rs. 1000 per IPL fanwear t-shirt as the cost of retention in addition to the cancellation charges as applicable.
• There will be no cash reimbursements for passengers either not wanting the IPL fanwear t-shirt or in lieu of exchange of t-shirts.
• This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
• The credit/debit card holder will be required to give personal information and card details when booking and purchasing air tickets online on www.makemytrip.com. The credit/debit card holder must read and understand the Privacy Policy on the MakeMyTrip.com website, prior to providing such information.
• The IPL fanwear t-shirts are currently available for Deccan Chargers and Rajasthan Royals teams. The IPL fanwear t-shirts are available in a standard size.
• In case the courier is returned due to non-availability of passenger/incorrect delivery address; the charges for re-shipping will need to borne by the customer.
• The IPL fanwear t-shirt shown on the promotion page is only a representation. The actual product may differ.
• Once a booking is completed on the website/call centre/MakeMyTrip office, MakeMyTrip will not accept a request for extension of this offer or vice versa.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi only.
• MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Under this offer, MakeMyTrip will collect Re.1 as an acceptance acknowledgement. Passengers who do not wish to avail this offer may continue without selecting this offer.

Redemption Process

• Customer can only avail the offer after completing the first travel of the original booking.
• For redemption log on to www.makemytrip.com and make a reservation on any flight of SpiceJet (at least 7 days prior to departure, else the full fare will be charged).
• MMT will declare one winner every day via a draw and this winner will be entitled for unlimited travel until June 30th, 2009.
• Winner needs to make the reservation and pay for the air ticket amount in full. MakeMyTrip will then process the refund of the base fare on the winner’s credit card.
• Please note that the names have to be entered in full and NO INITIALS will be allowed. For example: if your name is Rahul Singh then R Singh will not be allowed. ONLY Rahul Singh will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

• The offer is valid for all SpiceJet tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com from 01-31 January 09.
• The unlimited travel air tickets (base fares) are free, and the winner is required to pay only taxes, tees, and surcharges.
• Winner will have to provide the unique code, mentioned on special Own the Sky ID card provided to him/her by MakeMyTrip, at the time of booking and boarding.
• The unlimited travel will be offers to the same passenger who travelled on the winning ticket.
• The redemption of unlimited travel can begin after completion of winning ticket.
