• This offer is valid for travel commencing on or before April 15, 2009.
• The Cash Back offer is not valid for infant flight bookings.
• The Cash Back amount will be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the purchase within 7 working days of the date of completion of travel. The Cash Back amount will reflect in the monthly credit card statement.
• Cancellations and re-bookings are permitted under the Cash Back offer. The same will attract regular airline and MakeMyTrip.com cancellation and re-booking charges.
• This Cash Back offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from MakeMyTrip.com.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Cash Back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi only.
