Offer Terms and Conditions

• For every return international ticket booked with Kingfisher, get 1 return Kingfisher domestic air ticket free.
• For every one way international ticket booked with Kingfisher, get 1 one way Kingfisher domestic air ticket free.
• This offer is valid on each ticket purchased/per passenger during the offer period.
• This offer is valid on purchase of international air ticket made by the customer between the period Aug 11, 2011 - Sep 11, 2011.
• This offer is not applicable on bookings made for infants (children between 0 - 2 years of age).
• Maximum Value of one way domestic ticket shall be INR 2,000 and INR 4,000 for return ticket. This is inclusive of base fare and YQ (fuel surcharge only). Any amount in excess of INR 2,000 or INR 4,000 shall be paid by the customer at the time of redemption of domestic ticket.
• Fuel, statutory taxes (like PSF/UDF/ADF/ST, etc.) and any other regulatory/airport taxes as applicable shall be borne by the customer.
• To redeem the domestic ticket, customer shall email the following details to kfoffer@makemytrip.com
  a) Origin/destination for domestic travel
  b) MakeMyTrip ID for international ticket ( of Kingfisher ticket)
  c) Date of Travel
• Customer must inform MakeMyTrip.com of his/her domestic travel dates including the destinations (for which flights need to be booked) at least 14 days in advance before the date of travel. However, the same is subject to availability
• The domestic air tickets as per the offer shall be valid for travel between Aug 25, 2011 to Jan 31, 2012, both dates inclusive.
• Blackout dates: Sep 30 - Oct 10, Oct 21 - 31, Nov 4 - 7, Dec 16 - Jan 9, 2012.
• In case the international air ticket is cancelled before redeeming the domestic tickets, the offer will not be applicable.
• If any international ticket purchased is cancelled or there is no-show, customer shall be liable to pay to MakeMyTrip.com the value of domestic ticket as applicable under this offer in addition to applicable cancellation penalty
• The domestic ticket can be redeemed on Kingfisher Class and Kingfisher Red flights.
• Redemption ticket will be issued in the name of the original traveler only.
• No Name change is permitted.
• Redemption of domestic ticket will be offered on direct Kingfisher flights only (via flights, one stop flights and connections are not part of the redemption).
• Redemption tickets are strictly non-changeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Redemption tickets are subject to availability.

GENERIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• MakeMyTrip.com is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
• The maximum liability of MakeMyTrip.com in the event of any non-booking of the domestic ticket or any claims arising thereof due to acts or negligence of MakeMyTrip.com shall be limited to the value of one way or return domestic ticket as per this offer. MakeMyTrip.com cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• In addition to the above terms, customer agrees that the offer and services are subject to the user agreement and privacy policy at MakeMyTrip.com website http://www.makemytrip.com/legal/user_agreement.html.
