• Customer will receive a cash back on bookings of any International Air Ticket made on Kingfisher Airlines purchased online www.makemytrip.com or over the phone by calling our India Toll Free 1 800 102 8747. Use deal code “KINGFISHERPROMO” for online bookings. Refer the table below for offline booking deal codes.
• The cash back offer is applicable for all Indian credit/debit card holders and net banking users on Kingfisher Airlines’ International Air Tickets, purchased on www.makemytrip.com on/after Dec 1, 2010 till Dec 15, 2010.
• The cash back offer is valid for all Economy class international air tickets on Kingfisher Airlines. The cash back amount offered under the scheme is up to INR 3,500 for all roundtrip international air tickets .
• The details of the cash back offer amount for roundtrip international air tickets depending upon destination is provided below::

• The cash back offer is not valid for air ticket bookings for infants (any person between the ages of 0-2 years).
• The cash back offer amount will be credited to the same credit/debit card as was used for the purpose of making the purchase of the ticket within 7 working days from the date of completion of travel. The cash back offer amount will reflect in the monthly credit card/ account statement of the customer.
• Cancellations and re-bookings are permitted under the cash back offer. The same will attract the regular applicable airline and MakeMyTrip's cancellation fees and re-booking charges. If the cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cash back amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cash back amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. E.g. If a cardholder has paid Rs.10,000 (price quoted) for a travel service on the MakeMyTrip website and a cash back of Rs.1,000 has been credited to the cardholders account, the net amount paid by the cardholder is Rs.9,000. Thus, if the cardholder cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.9,000 and the balance amount less applicable charges will be credited to the cardholder's account.
• The cash back will be applicable on the base fare (excluding taxes) or amount charged on the credit/debit card, whichever is lower. All taxes including Airport taxes, Visa charges, high season surcharge are payable by the customer and are not part of the cash back offer.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking ID and not on number of transactions. So if a customer pays in 2 installments/transactions for 1 booking ID, the cashback will be calculated basis the base amount or card charged amount (whichever is lower) of the booking ID.
• If the customer doesn’t receive cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same with 3 months from the transaction date. In the event the customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
• This cash back offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer running on MakeMyTrip.com.
• Prior to using www.makemytrip.com website, the credit/debit card holder must read and understand the User Agreement of MakeMyTrip.com and proceed to make purchases only if the credit/debit card holder agrees to abide by the same.
• The credit/debit card holder will be required to give personal information and credit card details while booking and purchasing air tickets online on www.makemytrip.com. The credit/debit card holder must read and understand the Privacy Policy on the MakeMyTrip.com website, prior to providing such information.MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw the cash back offer at any time without prior notice.
• Travel Agents by occupation are barred from buying air tickets for their customers using their own credit/debit cards. MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to its notice without any liability.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip shall exceed Rs. 3500.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this cash back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
• MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw/amend/modify the cash back offer at any time without prior notice.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
