• The Cash Back will be calculated on the basic fare, excluding taxes and service fees.
  
  
• The Cash Back offer is not valid for infant bookings.
  
  
• The Cash Back amount will be credited to the same credit card as was used for the purpose of making the purchase within 7 working days of the date of completion of travel. The Cash Back amount will reflect in the monthly credit card statement.

• Travel Agents by occupation are barred from buying air tickets for their customers using their own credit/debit cards and net banking customers. MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to cancel such air tickets if such a case comes to its notice.
  
  
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Cash Back offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi only.
  
  
• MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw the Cash Back offer at any time without prior notice.
