Terms and Conditions:

• This offer is valid on online bookings for Indian hotels made between the period March 17th, 2011 till March 31st, 2011 and for hotel stays between the period March 17th, 2011 till July 31st, 2011 only.
• *The refund will be granted for only those nights on which the customer did not stay in the hotel.
• MakeMyTrip will refund the proportionate amount within 7 business days of receiving your request, in case refund is not processed within 7 days of placing request, please email us at hotelservice@makemytrip.com or call MakeMyTrip Customer Care (1800-102 8747 or 1800-11 8747). In case of any dispute, liability of MakeMyTrip is limited to the amount of proportionate refund.
• Please enter deal code ‘nofuss’ while booking any domestic hotel. MakeMyTrip’s normal hotel cancellation policy will be waived off and nofuss policy will apply. In case the deal code is not entered, this offer shall not be applicable in case of cancellation.
• Refund requests can be placed even after checkin into the hotel (up to 24 hours later).
• The ‘No Fuss’ offer is not valid for non-refundable rates. Customer is required to carefully check the hotel’s cancellation policy before booking and confirm if fare offered is refundable.
• This refund offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer running on MakeMyTrip.com.
• Prior to using the www.MakeMyTrip.com website, the credit/debit card holder must read and understand the User Agreement of MakeMyTrip.com and proceed to make purchases only if the credit/debit card holder agrees to abide by the same.
• The credit/debit card holder will be required to give personal information and credit card details while booking and purchasing online on www.makemytrip.com. The credit/debit card holder must read and understand the Privacy Policy on the MakeMyTrip.com website, prior to providing such information.
• Travel Agents by occupation are barred from booking for their customers using their own credit/debit cards. MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to cancel such bookings & refunds if such a case comes to its notice without any liability.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip shall exceed the refundable amount.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this refund offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
• MakeMyTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw/amend/modify the refund offer at any time without prior notice.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.

Refund claim process:
Customer needs to call MakeMyTrip Customer Care (1800-102 8747 or 1800-11 8747) and email to hotelservice@makemytrip.com at least 24 hours prior to checkin and upto 24 hours after checkin to place a request for starting the refund process. All booking details like booking confirmation Id, Name and e-mail Id will be required at the time of placing a refund request.
